Yes. Creating an account and submitting an appointment or lab request online is free. You only pay for the consultation, lab tests, or hospital services you receive.
Please call reception or message us via the contact form at least a few hours before your slot. Staff can update or cancel your booking in the hospital system.
Currently Zainab Trust focuses on in-person OPD and private/evening clinic visits. Online booking reserves your hospital slot — you attend in clinic. Call reception if you need guidance before travelling.
You can book laboratory / diagnostics appointments, browse consultants, request private evening clinic slots, and use the patient portal for prescriptions, lab results, and invoices after registration.
